CAN I DO YOGA WITH AN INJURY OR CONDITION?

It depends! Very often it is possible to do yoga with a medical condition or injury, but you will need to adjust poses for yourself. This is my speciality! Email me if you want a chat about it.

SHOULD I DO YOGA OR SOMATICS?

Yoga if you want exercise to strengthen or improve flexibility.  Somatics if you need grounding, embodiment, meditative movement.         For class schedule and bookings click here

Yoga Nidra is yoga-based guided relaxation.  While the body rests, the mind is guided on an inner journey of body scanning, breath explorations and imagination.

Savasana is a shorter relaxation to bring rest and awareness to your body at the end of a yoga class.
